Tracking Your Order
Once you’ve received your dispatch email you can check the status of your order anytime. Here’s how: click on 'My Account' and simply place your order number into the ‘Track my order’ box.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order
Unfortunately, once you've placed your order, our warehouse team will have already started processing it (we’re fast)! So we would be unable to make any changes. Find out more info on our cancellation policy here.

Returning Your Order
Need to send something back? No problem, just follow the process below to return your parcel to us.

1. Re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.

2. Cover your address label with the Nasty Gal returns label found on the bottom right of your  delivery note.

3. Return the package by using your local Post Office counters and remember to get proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without getting your certificate of postage.

4. Voila! Make sure that you keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.

Returns Policy
Here's the fine print. You’ve got 28 days starting from the day you receive your order. All original tags must be attached. For hygiene reasons, pierced jewelry is non-refundable, and we ask that you try on swimwear and lingerie over your own underwear and keep the seal intact or else we can’t accept them back.
