- Log in to your Nasty Gal account. If you don’t have an account, enter your order number and last name to create one.
- Select the order or item(s) you would like to return and indicate the reason for your return.
- Choose a return for store credit or for a refund. Please note, returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99.
- Print your label and place label on the outside of the package.
- Drop off at your nearest UPS location.
Returns must be received within 30 days from the day you got your package. All items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Unfortunately we won't be able to accept items that don’t meet these criteria or are non-returnable. Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your credit card or PayPal will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99. After we get your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
