  MyHermes Parcel Shop is a new parcel collection service, with over 4,500 nationwide ParcelShops open from early until late, 7 days a week.

  You can collect your order from your nearest MyHermes Parcel Shop. Just bring your collection code and ID with you when collecting your order.

  Your order will be held at the store for 10 days, before being returned back to us at Nastygal. Delivery to your nearest ParcelShops will be between 12:00 and 18:00. You will receive regular SMS messages keeping you up to date on your delivery. A form of identification will need to be produced when collecting the parcel

  Halte den Abholcode und deinen Ausweis bereit, wenn du dein Paket abholst.

  Zulässige Ausweisdokumente für die Abholung

  Eine Abholung ist nur mit Vorlage des eigenen EU-Personalausweises, eines EU-Reisepasses oder eines internationalen Reisepasses (gilt für Bürger aus Ländern außerhalb der EU) möglich. Beachte bitte, dass keine Aufenthaltstitel bzw. Aufenthaltsgenehmigungen akzeptiert werden.

  Deine Sendung wird 10 Tage lang im PaketShop gelagert, bevor es an boohoo zurückgeschickt wird.

  Die Lieferung an den PaketShop deiner Wahl erfolgt zwischen 12 und 18 Uhr.

  Du wirst per SMS über den Status deiner Bestellung auf dem Laufenden gehalten.

  Bitte halte dein Ausweisdokument für die Paketabholung bereit.
