Four payments are automatically collected bi-weekly from your debit or credit card. The total amount charged to your card is no greater than if you simply paid for the entire purchase up front (provided the agreed payment schedule is followed).

How do I use Klarna?

Add your items to your bag and go to the checkout as normal.

Select Klarna as your payment option––you will need a Klarna account.

Place your order and you’re done! Klarna will automatically collect four payments bi-weekly from your debit or credit card with no added charges *Late fees apply for missed payment* Pretty great, huh!

What you need to get started:

  • A US bank account
  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • A US residential address

Having trouble paying for your order with Klarna?

If you have any trouble placing an order with Klarna, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

  • Klarna may have rejected your application to pay on account. We'd recommend choosing another type of payment or placing an order for a smaller amount.
  • You may have outstanding payments on previous Klarna invoices.
  • You may have missed a required field at the checkout, e.g. your date of birth.
  • Klarna is available on orders over $10

What if I want to return?

You only pay for what you keep! If you return some or all of your order, Klarna will issue you with a new statement as soon as the online store processes your return. So if you have an upcoming payment due date – just sit back and relax. Even if there is a delay in the online store processing your return, Klarna will issue a new payment due date just for the items you decided to keep.

What if I can’t pay my Klarna Instalment?

A late payment fee will be charged of up to $7 per instalment if funds are not available at the time the automatic payment is due. The fee will be charged if the missed payment is not made within 10 days.
