Tracking Your Order
Once you’ve received your dispatch email you can check the status of your order anytime. Here’s how: click on 'My Account' and simply place your order number into the ‘Track my order’ box.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order
Unfortunately, once you've placed your order, our warehouse team will have already started processing it (we’re fast)! So we would be unable to make any changes. Find out more info on our cancellation policy here.

Returning Your Order

You can return your items via Royal Mail tracked returns. This is a FREE service, simply click here and follow the steps to print your own returns label. Once completed, you will receive an email with instructions on how to return your item and a tracking link.

Alternatively, you can simply return your items to the following address within 14 days starting from the day you receive your order, remember to add your order number, you won't receive a refund without it – you’ll find this in the Order History section on the My Account page. Please note free returns are only available via the Royal Mail link above. Returns sent using any other method are at the customers own cost and liability.

Returns Policy
Here's the fine print. You’ve got 14 days starting from the day you receive your order. All original tags must be attached. For hygiene reasons, pierced jewelry is non-refundable, and we ask that you try on swimwear and lingerie over your own underwear and keep the seal intact or else we can’t accept them back.
