15 minute power soak. Helps relax and restore the body. Ideal for assisting with recover post-exercise. Fresh citrus and mint scent. DIRECTIONS: Soak to relax and restore tire body: Pour at least 2 cups of soaking solution under warm, running bath water. Soak for 20 minutes to feel relaxed and rejuvenated. Apply on key areas of concern: Add 1 cup of soaking solution to 1 quart of warm water. Immerse a wash cloth in the solution, then wring out the excess water. Apply the warm wash cloth to the affected area until the wash cloth is no longer warm. Repeat two or three time to relieve your concerns.
